It was recorded by the Beatles in 15 takes on February 27, 1964 and released as the third track on the album A Hard Day’s Night, on July 10, 1964. It was produced by George Martin and was engineered by Norman Smith. The Beatles are in their usual instruments: John Lennon – vocal, acoustic guitar; Paul McCartney – vocal, bass; George Harrison – twelve-string guitar and Ringo Starr – drums.
