Beatles for Sale

The Beatles recording during “Beatles for Sale” sessions on September 30, 1964.

That day they recorded “Every Little Thing” which featured John Lennon’s only electric 12 string, lead guitar performance (a song that featured dual lead vocals in unison and harmony by John and Paul”. They also recorded, “What You’re Doing” and “No Reply”.
Note: Due to the preponderance of AI generated, fake images, I can confirm these are real photos taken by professional photographers on Sept. 30, 1964, invited by EMI, Abbey Road management & the Beatles. These photos have existed for years and some of these were included in Mark Lewisohn’s “Beatles Recording Sessions” published in 1988.
