The group’s road manager, Neil Aspinall, was unwell with the flu on this day, so Les Hurst, Gerry and the Pacemakers’ roadie, stood in for him.

Walked past floral Hall that night tge Beatles played.
There was 2 packs of unopened flyers/programmes with their signatures I carried the 2 bundles of a few thousand of them for about 2 miles then I dropped them off at the rubbish bin.
