Only some silent clips survived from the TV show ‘Roundup’ which was originally transmitted by Scottish Television on 5 May 1964. The footage shows The Beatles inside the STV studios in Glasgow, gathered around a microphone. John and Paul occupy the seats, while George and Ringo stand behind them. Ringo is slowly sneaking away from the camera. Some nice close-up shots show John and Paul in conversation with the blonde Morag Hood. The camera then captures George and Ringo sitting on the floor and being interviewed by Paul Young. Later, the film shows The Beatles leaving the studios, with John and Paul, accompanied by Neil Aspinall, walking to the waiting car. Ringo follows after signing some autographs for some lucky fans. The Beatles car leaves the studio area and the police are seen holding back the cheering crowd.

The scene then changes to the Odeon Cinema during daylight, before showing the excited fans at night. Inside the cinema, The Beatles are shown as they pose for the press. Some very brief concert clips follow, shot from the right hand side of the stage, showing John and Paul sharing a microphone.

The Beatles gave once concert this day, seen by around 2,800 fans.
