August 29th 1963. The Beatles were filming a TV Special. That later became known as The Mersey Sound.It was filmed by The Manchester Branch of the BBC . The filming took a month.with the filming crew going around different locations with The Beatles in Liverpool. On August 29th They were filmed on a Ferry On The Mersey River From Liverpool Pier to Wallasey .
