Beatles’ drummer Ringo Starr made controversial statements. Starr claimed that Paul McCartney died in a car accident on 09 November 1966 after a fight with the band members and the 45-year-old rumors are true.

An article in Habertürk, to avoid grieving the fans, the Beatles decided to hide McCartney’s death and replaced him with William Shears Campbell, the winner of the McCartney look-alikes competition and a cheerful character similar to McCartney.

“We all panicked when Paul died!”

Ringo said in an interview in California that “we all panicked when Paul died! We didn’t know what to do and our manager Brian Epstein suggested us to get Billy Shears as a temporary solution. It should have lasted for a few weeks but no one noticed as the time passed. So, we continued to pretend. Billy became such as good musician that he played better than Paul. The only problem was that he didn’t get along with John.”

According to Worldtruth.tv, William Shears Campbell known as Billy Shears disappeared from the records in 1966 and found after Paul’s so-called death.  Starr is claimed to give secret messages to fans to prepare them for the truth.

The entire Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band album is full of “Paul is dead” hints.
